Resep Nugget Pisang yang Lembut dan Renyah

Kalau kamu tidak doyan makan pisang langsung atau bosan dengan olahan pisang yang itu-itu saja. Kamu harus coba resep yang satu ini, resep nugget pisang. Ini berbeda dengan pisang goreng, karena pisangnya dihaluskan terlebih dahulu. Setelah digoreng kamu bisa beri topping sesuai selera kamu, misalnya parutan keju atau cokelat.

Yuk, langsung saja simak resep cara membuat pisang nugget yang lembut dan renyah berikut ini.

Bahan Nugget Pisang:

  • 500 gr pisang kepok matang, haluskan
  • 100 gr tepung terigu
  • 2 butir telur
  • 1 bks susu bubuk
  • 1 sachet SKM putih
  • 5 sdm gula pasir
  • 1 sdt vanili

Bahan Baluran:

  • Tepung terigu secukupnya
  • 2 butir telur
  • Tepung panir

Cara Membuat:

  • Campurkan semua bahan nugget ke dalam wadah dan aduk rata.
  • Setelah diaduk rata, masukkan ke dalam loyang atau cetakan tahan panas untuk dikukus.
  • Kukus adonan selama 15-20 menit.
  • Setelah adonan matang, keluarkan dari loyang dan potong sesuai selera.
  • Baluri potongan nugget ke tepung terigu, kemudian telur, lalu ke tempung panir. Lakukan sampai habis.
  • Goreng nugget hingga kecoklatan.
  • Beri toping sesuai selera.

Kalau mau disimpan agar tahan lama, tinggal dibungkus  dan taruh di dalam freezer sebelum digoreng. Selamat mencoba!
